We have a 14-day return policy. This means that you must send back the returned items within 14 days of receiving your purchase to be eligible for a refund. Returned items must be unused, clean, and in the same condition as received (please be mindful of jewelry snags or makeup stains). Additionally, the original packaging, tags, and labels must be included.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether the return is approved. If approved, We will refund the full value of the goods using the original payment method within 5 working days. Please note that the original shipping cost will not be refunded, and for returns, the item price must be declared as 'USD 10' on the shipping form. International duties and taxes cannot be refunded.

10만원 이상 구매시 무료배송이며, 10만원 미만은 배송비 3,000원 부과됩니다.
배송 기간은 2일에서 5일로 택배사 사정에 따라 지연될 수 있습니다.
출고 이후 주문건은 취소가 불가하며 수령 후 반품 접수 해주시기 바랍니다.

The shipping fee to all regions worldwide is $15. Once we receive your order, the shipping team will start working on it immediately. Orders will be shipped the next morning, excluding public holidays. Otherwise, they will be shipped on the next working day. Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. All global orders are shipped from Seoul to destinations worldwide.
