We have a 14-day return policy. This means that you must send back the returned items within 14 days of receiving your purchase to be eligible for a refund. Returned items must be unused, clean, and in the same condition as received (please be mindful of jewelry snags or makeup stains). Additionally, the original packaging, tags, and labels must be included.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether the return is approved. If approved, We will refund the full value of the goods using the original payment method within 5 working days. Please note that the original shipping cost will not be refunded, and for returns, the item price must be declared as 'USD 10' on the shipping form. International duties and taxes cannot be refunded.

The shipping fee to all regions worldwide is $15. Once we receive your order, the shipping team will start working on it immediately.
